Jammaround Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This contest is open to all registered users of Jammaround who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Jammaround and related companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Submission

Entrants must submit their demo tracks via the Jammaround platform, ensuring to include their unique share.jammaround link in the entry form. Multiple entries per participant are allowed; however, each entry must be a distinct demo track published as Demos on Jammaround during the contest period, from April 10th, 2024, to April 30th, 2024.

Rights and Ownership

By submitting an entry to this contest, entrants retain ownership of their submissions.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen by an internal A&R team of Jammaround following a transparent and fair judging process based on originality, marketability, and quality. The finalists and winners will be selected through a combination of internal selection and anonymous votes.

Prizes

Prizes for the contest are as follows:

• #SummerAnthem Category: 1st Place: $500 and feature on Summer Playlist; 2nd – 3rd Place: $150 each.
• #LoveVibes Category: 1st Place: $500 and feature on Summer Playlist; 2nd – 4th Place: $150 each. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Jammaround account within five (5) days following the winner selection. Jammaround shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. The is no expiration date for prize acceptance.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the contest constitutes an entrant’s consent for Jammaround and its agents to use entrant’s name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Liability and Law

The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Jammaround is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.

Data Protection

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Jammaround’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Changes and Termination

Jammaround reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Jammaround’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Jammaround in its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in the contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Reservation of Rights

Jammaround reserves the right to change, amend, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Jammaround further reserves the right, without any liability, to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest for any reason at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Each participant acknowledges and agrees that Jammaround, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with the participant’s entry or participation in the contest, or from compliance with these terms and conditions.
